In 2011, my husband Josh and I started a web design and marketing agency with no clarity on who we were or what we stood for.


So we did what most business owners do without a clear foundation.


We chased everything.


Constant pivots. New offers. New strategies borrowed from whoever seemed to be winning. Grinding without traction. The more things we tried, the more confused we became.


And with every client we worked with I realized two things. 


  1. Every owner I met struggled to articulate their own brand too. 
  2. I had a  “natural wiring” to ask questions, pull on threads, and find patterns to see their story and bring it to the surface.
